The bike has a 6-speed Shimano gear shifter so you can choose the right power and a rear derailleur to help you move smoothly through the gears. We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original condition for a full refund.
Non-faulty returns: Buyer pays return shipping. If item was assembled or used, refund may be reduced.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused stock items in original condition, unless faulty or not as described. The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Bespoke or handmade goods tailored to your specifications (most of our products are bespoke unless marked as stock items).
  • Ex-display items.
  • Mattresses (delivered sealed in plastic; non-returnable once opened).
  • Partially or fully assembled goods (e.g., flat-pack furniture). Contact support@amazinfurniture.com within 5 days of receipt to report damaged or faulty items.
How do I return an item?

Contact us with your order number for return instructions and a label. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Return shipping may apply unless the item is faulty. We may take action if goods are not properly cared for.
